Hosting
This website and the LexoNET platform are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in data centers in Dresden (Germany). All data generated when visiting the website and using the platform is processed there, in particular IP addresses, access data (server log files) and the content customers store in LexoNET. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and efficient operation) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
Cloudflare
To protect against attacks, secure the connection and deliver content quickly, we use services of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. All requests to this website and the LexoNET platform pass through Cloudflare servers. In particular, IP addresses, technical connection data and request contents are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision. A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous reach measurement. No cookies are set and no profiles of individual visitors are created. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

In-app notices are assigned to the logged-in account. Browser push is only activated after explicit permission in the browser. A push subscription can be revoked via the browser or device settings.
Newsletter
Newsletters are only sent after confirmed sign-up. Consent and unsubscription are stored traceably. Every issue contains an unsubscribe option.
Calendar and email
When integrations are enabled, email and calendar data are processed only for the requested features. Content is not used for advertising or model training.

The binding terms regarding scope of service, availability, support, term, cancellation and liability will be provided in an approved version before the first paid contract. This preliminary page does not replace an individual contract agreement.
Cancellation
Information on the statutory right of withdrawal will be provided before the contract is concluded, depending on the customer group and the specific contract.
