Active users are accounts that have logged in within the last 30 days. We count accounts in LexoNET, not the players on your server. Inactive accounts don't count but are kept.
Payment and term
Questions about the plans.
How is LexoNET billed?
As a subscription via Stripe, monthly or yearly. You can pay by card, PayPal and other payment methods. Invoices are in your customer area.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel monthly and change your plan at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the period.
What are LexoNET vouchers?
You can buy vouchers for 20, 50 or 100 euros, give them away and redeem them in the customer area. The credit is automatically applied to your next payments.
What counts as an active user?
Active users are accounts that have logged in within the last 30 days. We count accounts in LexoNET, not the players on your server. Inactive accounts don't count but are kept.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs until the end of the paid period. After that the tenant falls back to Free. Your data is kept; up to 15 team members stay active and premium modules become read-only.
